Farm & Timberland Services, Inc. provides professional services to farm and timberland owners and related agricultural entities. FTS is owned and operated by Vincent M. Dubiansky, who is a Certified Appraiser, a Registered Forester and a member of the American Society of Agricultural Consultants. FTS specializes in financial consulting including the procurment of long-term fixed rate financing. Financing is offered nationally, while appraisal services are offered in the southeastern United States.
FTS, in conjunction with its team of associated forestry professionals, has the capacity to handle large scale timber cruise assignments and related forest management practices. Our professional office staff provides all requisite administrative and technical support in order to meet our clients’ needs in the areas of our expertise.
