Farm & Timberland Services, Inc. is a family-owned and operated firm committed to serving farm and timberland owners, as well as related agricultural businesses across the southeast. Led by Vincent M. Dubiansky—a Certified Appraiser, Registered Forester, and member of the American Society of Agricultural Consultants—FTS brings decades of experience, industry insight, and a genuine dedication to helping other families succeed in agriculture.
Alongside Vincent is his daughter, Kathy Dubiansky. Kathy has been involved with agriculture from the time she could walk and help in the garden. She brings fresh insight and continued evolvement to the strong foundation that Vincent spent many years building. They both put their heart and soul into FTS, and operate under the moto: “Our Family Would Love to Help Your Family.”
FTS specializes in financial consulting, with an emphasis on securing long-term, fixed-rate financing for landowners and agricultural operations throughout the southeastern United States. Appraisal services are available in southern Georgia.
Working alongside a trusted network of forestry professionals, FTS has the expertise and capacity to manage large-scale timber cruises and provide comprehensive forest management services. Our knowledgeable office staff supports clients with responsive, personalized administrative and technical assistance.
